Your Shoes: If using SYO (our Supply Your Own service)
Prior to sending us your shoes, please ensure correct fit and preferred heel height. Glitzaratti will not be responsible should you discover that they are not suitable after they have undergone our Encrusting Service. We recommend using Recorded or Special Delivery to ensure the safe delivery of your shoes to us as we except no liability for items lost in the post or damaged upon arrival. We will return your items using a recorded signed for service.

Our Shoes:
Glitzaratti endeavour to only use the top High quality suppliers of our base shoes which are true to UK sizing measurements. We can supply half sizes and wide fits if required please email us to arrange this. Please ensure you order your correct size at the time of ordering as once production begins we are unable to swap sizes.

Care Instructions:
- Treat your item with love and care, as you would your favourite party dress or piece of jewellery. Excessive or careless use can result in damage to the encrusting.
- Avoid unnecessary exposure to heat, direct sunlight and water, which could affect the adhesive used in the encrusting process and cause discolouration to the crystals.
- Do not expose to perfume, hairspray or similar products which can leave a coating over the crystals and a loss of their 'sparkle' as a result.
- Wipe over your item with a slightly damp cloth to revive the sparkle. Do not immerse in water or use cleaning products.
- In the unlikely event that one or two crystals do come away from the item, we will repair them for free within the 1st year of purchase. Please note that delivery costs will be the customers responsibility. Our standard cost Is £7.00.
- If required, we offer a 'Repair Service' chargeable at our discretion; please contact us for more information.

All of our services and products are sold on a 'Made-to-Order' basis, therefore we are unable to offer a refund based on items being unsuitable. A refund or exchange will be offered in the event of a damaged or faulty product being received, although this will not include wear and tear or damage caused by the customer.

Some of our shoes, particularly those with metal embellishments and real mirror fragments, may have sharp edges. While each individual piece is sanded by hand every and every effort is taken to reduce any sharp edges that may hitch or scratch Glitzaratti can offer no guarantee that all sharp edges or points have been entirely eliminated. Some of our designs are cat-walk inspirational and not necessarily designed for comfort, safety or the health of your feet and are therefore worn at your own risk.
